Job summary

National Floors Direct is expanding its in-home sales teams across the Mid-Atlantic, seeking motivated, high-performing sales professionals to join our growing organization. We offer company-generated in-home appointments and a clear path to uncapped earnings.

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet homeowners, assess flooring needs, present product solutions, and guide customers through purchase decisions. Sign-on bonus of $7,500 and W-2 or 1099 opportunities are available.

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners in their homes, evaluate their flooring needs, present product solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process.

Flooring industry experience not required. Successful in-home sales professionals from other industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
