Outside Sales Representatives

This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative position: your role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers. Average annual earnings are between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, and top performers make upwards of $350K.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

  1. Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
  2. Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
  3. Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
  4. Promote company products and services
  5. Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
  6. Provide best-in-class customer experience
  7. Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

Key Qualifications

  1. Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
  2. Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales - a plus!
  3. Strong sense of Ambition, Self-Motivation and Self-Discipline
  4. An open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
  5. Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  6. Approachable demeanor
  7. Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
