True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Lafayette, LA to meet face-to-face with business owners, present benefit packages, and build a personal book of business. You will work with a high-energy team and use our CRM tools to track activity.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, great communicators, licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life coverage, and eager to grow with uncapped commissions, ongoing training, and clear career paths.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy meeting business owners and presenting to groups
