True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Sioux City, IA to meet with business owners, present employee benefit packages, and build a personal book of business.

You’ll receive day-one training, use our CRM to track activity, and compete for uncapped bonuses and commissions. Licensing in Health & Life is required within 90 days and reimbursements are provided. This is a growth-focused, team-driven role with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days; company reimburses fees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to groups and meeting with owners.
• Ability to build and manage a personal book of business and use CRM to track activity.
