Job summary

True North Group LLC is hiring a Field Sales Representative to cover a territory, meeting with small business owners, presenting benefit packages, and guiding clients to plans that fit their needs. You’ll build a personal book of business while using CRM tools and collaborating with a high-performing team.

Expect day-one training, weekly draw pay with uncapped bonuses, trips, stock bonuses, and clear growth tracks into leadership.
