Job summary

Gopher Sewer and Drain is seeking a driven Sales Representative in Minnesota. You will meet with customers, assess sewer issues, and present pipe-lining and repair solutions, while closing deals in a fast-paced service environment.

The role supports working Monday–Friday 8AM–8PM with rotating Saturday on call, and offers base salary plus commission, a company car, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in home services, construction or plumbing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to explain technical sewer solutions clearly to customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and schedule on-site visits.
• Inspect sewer systems and assess issues.
• Present repair and liner solutions to homeowners and property managers.
• Prepare and deliver estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and meet monthly revenue goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth project execution.
