Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Bluffton, SC. No experience required—we provide training and support to help you generate sales by reaching out to homeowners, presenting our pest control products and services, and closing deals.

You'll work a flexible schedule, enjoy a competitive pay range from 65k to 80k annually, and benefit from health coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for advancement in a friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long‑term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
