HomeTeam Pest Defense in Bluffton, SC seeks an Inside Sales Representative to generate homeowner sales through door-to-door outreach, mail, and calls. You will explain benefits and prices, complete sales documents, and ensure pest control teams have all required information to delight customers.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and a friendly environment with opportunities for advancement. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long‑term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
