Job summary

Fleet Glass Services (FGS) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our fleet glass services. You will develop new accounts and deepen relationships with fleet operators, transportation companies, and construction contractors.

You will present tailored service solutions, quotes, and contracts, travel to job sites, and work with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outside sales or account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new fleet and commercial accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with fleet managers, operations teams, and business owners.
• Promote FGS's automotive glass repair and replacement services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized service solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Represent FGS professionally at industry events, customer meetings, and job sites.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals while contributing to company growth.
