Vanta Diagnostics LLC is seeking high-performing Field Sales Representatives to own end-to-end territory in Louisiana. You will promote our diagnostic portfolio to providers, build relationships, and drive growth in multiple specialties.

This role requires self-motivation, strong clinical communication, and the ability to travel within the territory. We offer uncapped quarterly bonuses, a base salary range of 70k–90k, comprehensive benefits starting day one, and a transparent pay culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing preferred; High School diploma required.
• Minimum of 6+ months of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to clinical teams.
• Proven ability to self-source leads and close new business.
• Highly organized with ability to manage a high-activity field territory.

Responsabilités

• Promote and educate on our portfolio of products to medical specialties within the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage a territory plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Engage with training, sales tools, and management to maximize performance.
• Maintain regular communication with staff in medical facilities.
