Surface Experts in Ohio is seeking a self-driven sales professional to grow our local business through in-field visits and lead generation. You will meet customers at job sites, structure your day, and work with a supportive team to deliver quality surfaces repairs.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, coaching, and a proven playbook. This full-time role offers daytime hours with strong earning potential from base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; we’ll train you.
• We’re looking for coachable, curious, and detail-oriented individuals who can follow a proven sales playbook.
• You will develop daily habits to turn activity into revenue and track progress with our tools.

Responsibilities

• Map your route and conduct on-site visits to generate work orders.
• Log notes and metrics in our software.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team.
• Light admin from home and schedule management.
• Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
