Job summary

Surface Experts - East Cincinnati is seeking a motivated in-field sales professional to join our local team. You’ll drive the sales cycle by meeting customers at their sites, presenting our surface repair services, and closing deals with the support of a nationwide franchise network.

You’ll receive a base salary plus commission and bonuses, with a flexible schedule and regular coaching. Prior industry experience isn’t required—coachable, curious, and detail-oriented candidates succeed.

Qualifications

• Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback and committed to results.
• Curious — asks questions to understand customers and their needs.
• Detail-oriented — tracks routing, metrics, and follow-ups consistently.

Responsibilities

• Map your route and conduct ~10–15 on-site visits.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with Owner/Sales team.
• Do light admin from home and prepare for client meetings.
• Attend weekly sales coaching and receive ongoing support.
