Cleft of the Rock is seeking a Field Sales Professional to work directly with business owners, managers, and individual clients to provide insurance solutions that meet their needs. You will visit in person, present tailored options, and build a strong book of business.

This role offers weekly draw pay plus commissions and bonuses, ongoing training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment where compassion and integrity guide every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (reimbursement provided).
• Professional, compassionate, and able to build trust with clients.
• Independent yet collaborative with strong time-management skills.
