Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Professional to work directly with business owners, managers and individual clients, providing insurance solutions and peace of mind. You will build trust, foster relationships, and manage your own book of business.

The role offers comprehensive training and mentorship, weekly draw pay plus commissions and bonuses, incentives, and strong growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

As a Field Sales Professional, you will work directly with business owners, managers, and individual clients to provide insurance solutions that meet their needs and give them peace of mind. You will focus on supporting others with honesty and commitment, building trust, and fostering relationships that last.

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
Location: In-person, business-to-business and individual sales
