Premium Retail Services is hiring a Wireless Sales Professional to connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions in our retail locations across North America. As a Wireless Sales Pro, you will close sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving, meeting and exceeding goals for phone sales, upgrades, and accessories.

You’ll start conversations with customers, explain wireless options in clear terms, and help shoppers activate and enjoy new products.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or knowledge of wireless category not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
