Earn $60,000 – $168,000 per year with a focus on proactive outreach, consultations, and closing deals. This full-time position reports to the Management Team and requires a valid driver’s license and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales experience preferred (home services, water treatment, HVAC).
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with in-person sales consultations and closing deals.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with CRM tools and basic computer software.
• Customer-focused with a positive, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries.
• Generate new leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Conduct consultations at customer homes or businesses.
• Recommend appropriate Finken products and services based on consultations and water testing.
• Prepare quotes, complete sales, and manage all related paperwork.
• Collaborate internally to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Represent Finken at local events and participate in grassroots marketing.
• Manage sales activities efficiently using CRM software or internal tracking systems.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain current knowledge of Finken products, services, and industry trends.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
