Earn $60,000–$168,000 per year, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional evenings/weekends for events or appointments. Reports to the Management Team and benefits include health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and problem-solving.
• Proficient with CRM tools and basic computer software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with in-person sales consultations and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries.
• Generate new leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Conduct consultations at customer homes or businesses.
• Recommend appropriate Finken products and services based on consultations and water testing.
• Prepare quotes, complete sales, and manage all related paperwork.
• Collaborate internally to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Represent Finken at local events and participate in grassroots marketing.
• Manage sales activities efficiently using CRM software or internal tracking systems.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain current knowledge of Finken products, services, and industry trends.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
