Job summary

Bluepeak is hiring a Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our fiber services directly to customers in their homes. You will conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories, explaining product benefits and driving demand in both urban and rural communities.

This full-time role offers base pay plus commissions with uncapped earning potential, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and time off. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check/drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Bluepeak products and services directly to customers in their homes.
• Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories, including new communities and rural areas.
• Engage potential customers to explain product benefits and solutions based on needs.
• Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing interactions, and reporting sales activities.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Travel as needed within the territory.
• Attend community events to promote Bluepeak and build brand awareness.
