Job summary

Bluepeak is hiring in Rapid City for a door-to-door sales role, promoting and selling our fiber products directly to customers in their homes. If you enjoy meeting people face-to-face and working independently, this could be a great fit.

You will conduct visits in assigned territories, explain product benefits, use software to track leads, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, traveling within your territory.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Patient, resilient and positive in the face of rejection.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Bluepeak directly to customers in homes.
• Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories.
• Explain product benefits and solutions based on customer needs.
• Use software tools to track leads and manage customers.
• Manage sales process from prospecting to close.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Attend community events to promote services.
