Astound is seeking a dynamic residential outside sales representative in the Waco, TX area. You will earn a $34,000 base plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings around $90,000 and potential to exceed six figures based on performance.

In this face-to-face, door-to-door role, you’ll build relationships with residents and property managers, pursue leads daily, and represent Astound’s trusted broadband services. Strong drive and field presence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and in the field.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign up orders.
• Identify and pursue leads daily.
• Represent Astound and promote brand awareness in assigned territory.
• Meet sales targets and report statistics to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings.
• Understand property contracts and service levels.
