Job summary

Astound is hiring for a Door-to-Door Residential Outside Sales position across multiple U.S. markets, including Boston, MA and Chicago, IL. You will earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions with the potential to exceed six figures as you build a personal sales momentum.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work outdoors in a field-based role.
• Motivated self-starter with ability to work autonomously.
• Able to travel to residential addresses and meet with customers.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Pursue leads provided daily and build brand awareness.
• Explain service options and sign-up orders.
• Meet sales targets and report performance to management.
• Maintain knowledge of property contracts and service levels.
