You start with a $34,000 base salary and earn uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings of up to $90,000. Strong performers can exceed six figures.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face door-to-door residential sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign-up orders.
• Represent Astound in the field and distribute marketing material to build brand awareness.
• Pursue leads daily and report sales statistics to management.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions; attend sales meetings.
