Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to identify leads, meet homeowners, and drive the full sales cycle from inspection to close in the Spokane Valley area. This field-based role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and comprehensive training.

You will conduct roof inspections, discuss services, and guide clients through insurance claims, all while using CRM tools to document progress and maintain strong communication with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales experience is preferred.
• Comfort engaging homeowners in person.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from inspection to close.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle – from initial inspection to closing.
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM.
