Bartlett Roofing in Spokane Valley is seeking a Sales Representative to identify leads, generate prospects, and own the full sales cycle from inspection to closing, including roof inspections and representing clients at insurance adjuster meetings.

You’ll knock on doors, offer free inspections, educate homeowners about services and insurance claims, and thrive in a fast-paced field-based role with uncapped commission and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door or field sales is preferred.
• Ability to identify leads, generate prospects, and close deals.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle from inspection to closing.
• Conduct roof inspections and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
