Job summary

AmeriPro Roofing is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Charlotte area. You will represent the brand through door-to-door canvassing, guiding homeowners through exterior improvements with uncapped commissions and provided leads.

The role emphasizes a hunter mentality and a strong drive to close new business. Local travel within Charlotte area, with robust training, mentorship, and technology platforms like Service Titan to manage pricing and workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years full cycle sales experience.
• CRM experience with Service Titan, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and organizational skills.
• Self-directed, coachable and motivated by performance-based compensation.
• Comfortable with outdoor field work and using mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and networking.
• Conduct roof/exterior inspections and document needs.
• Educate homeowners on products, insurance claims, and pricing options.
• Build relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Track sales progress and update the CRM with activity and pipeline.
• Close deals and prepare proposals for homeowners.
