AT&T Field Sales Representatives in Louisville are empowered to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. You’ll meet customers at scheduled appointments, demonstrate new technology, and tailor solutions to fit their needs while earning commissions on each sale.

You will receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and support as you build relationships in the market. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; company vehicle provided for

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport with customers.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching.
• Engage with existing customers daily and manage follow-ups.
• Work independently in the field while meeting sales goals.
