Job summary

Lookout Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Specialist in Columbia, SC to grow the pest-control market. The role features a $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with a clear path to $100K+ for high performers and flexible field-based work.

You’ll close warm inbound leads, canvass for new business, inspect properties, and build relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses while partnering with technicians to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with measurable KPIs is required.
• Confidence closing deals in person.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to inspect properties in the field (including crawl spaces).

Responsibilities

• Close warm inbound leads.
• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals and partnerships.
• Conduct property inspections and present customized solutions.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs and local businesses.
• Partner with technicians and inside sales to maximize opportunities.
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Field-based role with schedule control and pipeline management.
• Earn base salary plus uncapped commission; top performers earn $100K+.
