Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company (PPC) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to support The Home Depot in the League City, Texas area. You will develop and execute sales plans and drive PPC product placement across Home Depot stores.

You will manage Pro Managed Accounts, grow the customer base, and collaborate with store management and regional leadership. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to work 45 hours per week including overtime are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience or internships accepted.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to work 45 hours per week including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Partner with The Home Depot management teams to develop and achieve sales growth plans.
• Engage customers throughout The Home Depot to uncover opportunities for PPC products.
• Utilize a CRM tool to grow the PRO accounts' list of customers.
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic plans to support growth.
• Identify in-store opportunities for impactful product displays and shelf maintenance.
• Ensure replenishment and on-hand inventory support rate of sale.
