Job summary

Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Field Sales Representative to support The Home Depot in the League City, Texas area. You will cultivate and execute sales plans, promoting PPC products to commercial and residential customers.

You will manage assigned accounts, drive organic growth, and acquire new customers. A valid driver’s license is required and a 45-hour work week includes base pay plus overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1 year of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Partner with The Home Depot management teams to develop and achieve sales growth plans.
• Engage customers throughout The Home Depot store to uncover opportunities for PPC products.
• Use CRM to grow PRO accounts and report territory performance.
• Analyze territory sales and develop strategic plans for growth.
• Identify in-store opportunities for displays, end caps, and wing/bulk stacks.
• Ensure replenishment and inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Maintain color centers and perform shelf resets during Product Line Reviews.
