Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth at The Home Depot nationwide. You will execute retail strategy, demonstrate products, and analyze sales data to optimize in-store performance.

The role requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication. You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to expand market presence and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Valid United States driver’s license for at least one year.
• Personal vehicle and insurance.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store locations and for events.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot by recommending TTI product solutions with strong product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support branding and merchandising initiatives to raise product awareness and availability.
• Use data analytics (Power BI) to drive decisions and optimize in-store execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot associates to enable long-term partnerships.
