Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales of premier product lines within The Home Depot and other national retailers. The role emphasizes developing account relationships, presenting product solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will plan and execute in-store events, utilize data to optimize merchandising, and collaborate with store teams while traveling to assigned locations and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one year and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings/events, including air travel.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by driving best-in-class field sales and customer service at Home Depot and other retailers.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and sell-through.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Leverage data analytics and Power BI to drive retail decisions and optimize in-store performance.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to enhance in-store execution and create long-term partnerships.
