Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team in Hawaii. You’ll leverage a best-in-class brand and comprehensive training to sell pest prevention solutions to diverse industries, building trusted client relationships.

You will prioritize safety, professionalism, and integrity while achieving sales goals through prospecting and strategic recommendations. No industry experience is required, and a company vehicle and training are provided.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business; listen to needs and explain practical solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and explain findings.
