Job summary

Anti-Pesto Bug Killers in the Tampa Bay area seeks a driven field sales professional to generate business, inspect properties, and close deals on a quota basis. You will prospect actively and work independently in the field to build a pipeline from first contact to signed agreements.

You will perform detailed pest inspections, identify species, recommend treatment plans, and manage revenue tracking. This role emphasizes in-person field work and rewards performance with base salary plus uncapped

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales or field service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Clean background and drug-free.
• Comfortable working in field environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily: knocking doors, making calls, building relationships.
• Perform detailed inspections for rodents, entry points, and termite presence.
• Identify species, assess severity, and determine solutions.
• Present findings and recommend treatment plans.
• Close new business and manage your pipeline from contact to signed agreement.
• Track activity, inspections, and revenue.
