Qualifications

• Fearless with cold calls.
• Experience with home inspections (or eagerness to learn).
• Clear, confident communication.
• Organized and accountable.
• Sales experience (6–12 months) in pest control, home services, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Knock on doors and pursue new residential and commercial clients.
• Perform termite and rodent inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Analyze findings and present treatment options with confidence.
• Provide estimates and sell tailored pest-control solutions.
• Track leads, document findings, and follow through to close deals.
• Stay updated on pest-control best practices and Florida regulations.
• Hit targets for inspections, sales, and new customers.
