Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Texas to drive new residential and commercial business through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and community engagement. You will educate customers on pest control solutions and build lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, maintaining a strong pipeline, and collaborating with operations to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales experience preferred; door-to-door, home services, pest control, roofing, solar, alarm, or similar industries are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with customers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through door-to-door sales, referrals, networking, and local marketing efforts.
• Conduct property assessments and identify customer pest control needs.
• Present and sell pest management services to residential and commercial customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
• Accurately complete sales agreements and required documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Represent the company professionally in the community and at events.
• Stay informed on company services, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
