Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers, acting as the face of the national brand in your local community. You’ll assess customer needs by consulting with the customer and analyzing pest issues to recommend solutions.

You will collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians, develop proposals to resolve issues, and drive revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction across assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for increased opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop customer proposals.
• Complete home diagrams and update proposals in the Sales CRM.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure satisfactory completion.
• Maintain daily activity and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
