Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present sales proposals aligning with customer needs and Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support goals and development.
• Achieve monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors and report relevant information to management.
