Job summary

Omni Fiber, LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Defiance region to bring fast-growing, fiber internet services directly to homeowners. You’ll lead in-home conversations, demonstrate value, and grow the customer base across Defiance and surrounding communities.

You’ll work in a quota-driven role with a strong base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, enjoy generous PTO/holidays, and access comprehensive benefits and training to advance your career with Omni Fiber.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
