Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in related industries (construction, waste/rental, B2B)
• Self-motivated with ability to manage own schedule and territory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold-calling and on-site outreach at job sites
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; CDL preferred
• Industry familiarity with construction/demolition/events is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting and cold-calling contractors, construction companies, property managers, events planners, and homeowners
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat commercial accounts
• Quote and close rentals for dumpsters, front load containers, portable restrooms, and washout stations
• Visit job sites to assess needs and pitch services
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and accounts to drive repeat business
• Coordinate with dispatch/operations for deliveries, swaps and pickups
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records
• Represent the company professionally in the field
