Job summary

Ladders seeks a Field Sales Performance Manager-Southeast Region to strengthen field sales effectiveness for hospital-based customers. The role coaches, trains, and develops regional sales pros, driving onboarding and operational discipline.

You will partner with leadership to deliver education programs that improve selling capability and team results. Remote in the US, candidates based anywhere in the US are considered; travel up to 50% is required to remote areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the OR, plus coaching or mentoring peers.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%, including to remote areas.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing small teams for performance gains.
• Knowledge of adult-learning methodologies and experience in medical education programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Strong creative problem-solving and influence-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead quota attainment for new hires and build trust across the sales team
• Coach sales representatives through hands-on supervision and regular business reviews
• Mentor new hires throughout onboarding and training
• Develop and deliver innovative educational content for sales representatives
• Collaborate with senior management on training programs

For our client, we are seeking a Field Sales Performance Manager-Southeast Region to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on strengthening field sales effectiveness across a regional team serving hospital-based customers. The manager will coach, train, and develop sales professionals while helping drive consistent performance, onboarding, and operational discipline. The position will partner closely with leadership to deliver education programs that improve selling capability and team results.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
