Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Merchandising/Marketing/Business or related field.
• 5+ years of merchandising or category management experience, with management responsibility.
• Bedding or home furnishings experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day SKU management for Bedding category.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize margin and market competitiveness.
• Analyze category performance and generate actionable leadership reports.
• Recommend assortment optimizations based on sales data and market trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for product availability.
• Manage bedding merchandising operations for assigned stores/regions.
