Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use and understand mobile applications.
• Ability to work variable schedule, weekends and holidays.
• Experience operating a pallet jack or lifting products; certification as required.
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
• Must have a valid driver's license and current vehicle liability insurance.
• Clean driving record within last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead huddle calls with sales merchandisers and part-time merchandisers.
• Visit outlets to ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Monitor market execution per advertising calendar.
• Track volume for incentives and productivity.
• Conduct account execution surveys.
• Close customer service tickets related to merchandising and replenishment promptly.
• Manage order transmissions, missed deliveries, dispatch issues, and unscheduled deliveries.
• Oversee technology and device administration.
• Communicate with store managers regarding ordering and execution.
• Serve as main point of contact for ordering and delivery issues.
• Notify sales leadership regularly about operations.
• Monitor returns, breakage, damages and losses (BD&L).
• Provide field training support for SM and SM-Relief.
• Transport, replace, and maintain POS advertising as needed.
• Comply with policies and laws; identify unsafe conditions.
• Train, evaluate, support, and develop team members.
• Ensure daily activities are completed on time.
• Recruiting, hiring and onboarding new associates; conduct interviews to maintain staffing levels.
• Schedule work hours for merchandisers and part-time staff.
• Conduct labor planning and OPEX budgeting.
• Develop weekly merchandising plans including display execution resource strategy.
