Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full‑time relief store‑level salesperson to support small-format accounts in Springfield, MO. You will drive sales growth, manage product displays, and fulfill promotional setup while coordinating with local stores and other team members.

You will handle stock rotation, inventory checks, and order placement for future deliveries, ensuring timely, accurate paperwork. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; lifting of cases up to 45 lb is common

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Physical capability to lift, load, push and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly over a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Act as relief store-level salesperson and main contact for small-format accounts.
• Grow sales, market share, distribution, and space allocation in assigned accounts.
• Take inventory and place product orders for future delivery.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, and backrooms according to merchandising standards.
• Sell and execute promotions, including setting up pricing signs and banners.
• Build strong relationships with store management and complete required paperwork accurately.
