PepsiCo in Springfield, MO is seeking a relief store-level salesperson to cover small format accounts, such as convenience and gas stations. You will grow sales, manage product distribution, and ensure shelves meet merchandising standards.

You will take inventory, place orders for future delivery, rotate stock, setup promotions, and build strong relationships with store managers. This is a full-time role with on-site work across multiple locations.

Qualificações

• 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Lifting 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10–12 hour shift.
• Bending, reaching and squatting while merchandising and moving product.

Responsabilidades

• Be the relief store-level salesperson and key point of contact to small format accounts.
• Grow sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service.
• Take inventory and place product orders for future delivery (delivered by another employee).
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, coolers, and backrooms to merchandising standards.
• Sell and execute promotions, including setting up pricing signs and banners.
• Build strong relationships with store management and complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
