TTI, Inc. seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share for its premier power tools and accessories at The Home Depot. You will lead consumer interactions, promote demos, and execute merchandising plans while analyzing data with Power BI to maximize sell-through.

Ideal candidates bring field sales experience, strong merchandising skills, and MS Office proficiency, with willingness to travel and work flexible hours in a nationwide role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel to assigned store locations and attend meetings as needed.
• MS Office proficiency and data analysis capability are required.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus in specific markets.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising with data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Build relationships with Home Depot personnel to enhance in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and support merchandising resets as needed.
