Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell-through.
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement, and store resets; use Power BI data to drive decisions.
• Develop an understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTIs world-class training program to work independently within your assigned market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Effectively manage inventory levels through down-stocking and ensure prompt reporting of tasks and responsibilities.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support innovation and timely product placement while adhering to safety protocols.
