Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) invites applications for a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot. You will manage in-store activities, promotions, and product demonstrations while leveraging Power BI analytics and strong customer engagement to maximize sell‑through.

You will collaborate with Home Depot teams, build long‑term partnerships, and support manufacturing brands such as Milwaukee, Ryobi, and Hoover in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid United States driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle and insurance listing you as the primary driver.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell‑through.
• Ensure brand presence through merchandising, product placement, and store objectives.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and drive data‑informed decisions.
