Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share at The Home Depot through expert product knowledge, promotions, and customer engagement. You will analyze data with Power BI, plan demos and store walks, and collaborate with store teams to maximize sell-through.

The role requires travel to assigned stores nationwide, nights and weekends as needed, and a strong drive to build long-term retail partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel to stores; air travel may be required.
• Comfort with nights and weekends; standing for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot with best-in-class B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sell-through.
• Leverage Power BI analytics to inform merchandising and decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
• Manage inventory and assist with merchandising resets.
