Job summary

Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales for premier product lines at The Home Depot.

You will engage directly with customers, understand needs, and recommend TTI solutions with enthusiastic product knowledge. You will plan promotional events, demos, and store walks to boost consumer engagement and sell-through while supporting corporate brand marketing initiatives and using data analytics to drive decisions and maximize

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings, including air travel.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Build relationships with Home Depot staff to improve in-store execution and partnerships.
• Assist with inventory management and reporting of tasks and responsibilities.
