Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is looking for a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales and product promotions at The Home Depot across nationwide locations. You will engage customers, deliver tailored solutions, and collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to travel, and comfortable working evenings/weekends. The role includes training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least one year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable transportation.
• Travel to/ from assigned store location(s) and occasional meetings; air travel may be required.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and moving displays.
• Work nights and weekends; full-time retail environment.
• Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot team members.
